Rincon's On-Campus Recruiting Program is one of the valuable tools we use to identify talented graduates and match them with career opportunities in our critical need areas. Our focus areas include Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics. We visit campuses throughout the country to seek candidates who share our commitment to hard work in a congenial environment and who possess a high degree of initiative.
We also operate a College Intern Program which provides a foundation of knowledge to help launch careers within our organizatin, as well as build the skills of future contributors. We work closely with our interns to afford opportunities on real-world projects to broaden and cultivate their experience. Interns may qualify for college credit through their school's co-op program. To be considered for an intern position, you must be currently enrolled in a college or university and have authorization to work in the United States.
